HockeyBag.com hooks you up with the best hockey brands—pro shop staples and hidden gems—all in one spot. Unlike typical retailers, we don’t stockpile gear. Our brand partners ship straight to you, giving you a killer selection without the clutter. Every order gets free shipping, no minimums for stock products (*** custom products may have minimums and may include shipping costs).
Returns: For items with a manufacturer defect, email info@hockeybag.com to start the process. Something wrong? Hit up our team at the same address. Note: Nutrition products, liquids, or food can’t be returned—there are rules about that.

Shipping Destinations: U.S. only for now. Outside the States? Hold tight—we’re expanding soon, updates here. States outside the continental US may have an additional cost for shipping with their order.
Delivery Timing: Each brand’s got its own pace. Most confirm your order in 24 hours and ship within 48 (weekends/holidays aside) hours. Custom gear takes longer—think material hunts and personalization. Tracking’s up to the brand; questions? Email info@hockeybag.com.
Multiple Brands, Multiple Packages: Order from different brands, get separate shipments—each with its own tracking email.
Tracking: You’ll get an email with tracking details when each item ships. No email? Ping info@hockeybag.com.
Missing Delivery?: Check with household or neighbors first, then email us if it’s still AWOL.
Late Order?: If it’s tardy, shoot us your order number at info@hockeybag.com—we’ll chase it down.
Returning Gear: Email info@hockeybag.com. Multiple brands? Split ’em up, use the right label per package—mix-ups slow things down. Keep tags on, condition pristine, and toss in all original paperwork.
Return Costs: Non-faulty returns run $4.99-$29.99 (size-based), deducted from your refund. Faulty? Free—email us first.
Faulty Items: Send order number, fault details, and pics to info@hockeybag.com—we’ll sort it with the brand.
Return Confirmation: Allow 10 business days post-drop-off. No word? Send proof of postage and order number to us.
Refunds: Processed within 10 days of receipt, full value minus fees if applicable, back to your original payment.
Exchanges: Not yet—returns only.
Return Window: 30 days from delivery, tags on, gear untouched.
